Every April, the turquoise waters surrounding Antigua transform into one of the Caribbean’s most exciting sailing arenas as Antigua Sailing Week returns to the island’s historic yachting hub of English Harbour.

Recognized as one of the world’s premier yacht regattas, Antigua Sailing Week has been attracting sailors, spectators and sailing enthusiasts from around the globe since its founding in 1967. Antigua Racing Cup Regatta

The sailing action begins with the Antigua Racing Cup Regatta, a four-day series that showcases some of the best racing conditions in the Caribbean. Crews navigate Antigua’s spectacular coastline while competing across multiple race classes, delivering thrilling on-water action for both participants and spectators.

The regatta course highlights some of Antigua’s most breathtaking locations including:

  • Nelson’s Dockyard – the historic heart of Caribbean yachting
  • Ffryes Beach – a sweeping stretch of white sand and turquoise water
  • Non Such Bay – a protected bay known for its striking scenery
  • Maiden Island / Little Jumby – offering dramatic coastal views and pristine waters

Whether you’re racing, cruising, or simply enjoying the spectacle from shore, the experience is unforgettable.
