Al Porto

Its all about great food and jazz of course!

It’s one of those times when you sit down and question whether you are in Antigua. Of course the fact the air is warm and yachts and dinghies can literally tie up marina side reminds you that you are in the Caribbean. Located on the water’s edge in Jolly Harbour, Al Porto is all about great quality, simple, freshly prepared pizza, and homemade pasta served in a stylish contemporary surrounding.

There is a large deck on the water with a constant breeze that makes for a perfect dining experience. The open kitchen allows patrons to have a peek at the chefs in action. The brick domed pizza oven churns out delicious thin crust pizzas… many say the best pizza on the island!

The menu is strictly Italian with authentic dishes from various regions in Italy. You can start with the antipasto platter for 2, or some simple starters like caprese, bruschetta, or calamari fritti. Enjoy a large selection of tradional pizzas like florentine, prosciutto and pepperoni. Pasta’s to die for like linguini al vongole, smoked salmon penne or a seafood risotto. Not to mention mouth watering mains.. chicken caciatora, veal limone, fillet steak, fresh mahi mahi….Dessert tiramisu, panne cotta & chocolate mousse.
