Fusions between classic European and Caribbean dishes with Asian influences
Jackson’s brings an exciting new culinary experience close to the English Harbour and Falmouth area. Feel like getting out of the hustle and bustle of the harbour and try something new? Then Jackson’s makes an interesting alternative.
Only a five minute drive away, Jackson’s is located on the corner of the last junction on the road to the St. James’s Club. Formerly the old “Hideout” restaurant, Jackson’s has been completely revamped to create a relaxed, comfortable and friendly ambiance. In addition to the impressive new bar, where you are most welcome to stop by for a drink, the garden has been fenced and furnished creating a great outdoor space to relax and enjoy informal dining and a cocktail under the stars.
The menu includes classics like rib-eye steak, lamb shanks (when available), fresh fish of the day and shrimp cocktail, as well as dishes with an Asian twist such as Thai Beef salad and Shrimp Pad Thai served with a tropical salad. For something different try our – Wahoo Tiradito – which is a traditional Peruvian dish of the freshest, raw fish “cooked” by citrus juice and cut in the shape of sashimi, served in a delicious sauce and if you are a vegetarian you should try our Vegetable Tombet, a Majorcan inspired dish of roasted vegetables. All dishes are served with the freshest, locally sourced vegetables and herbs from Antigua’s local farmers. A comprehensive wine list compliments the food on offer.
Jackson’s is now owned by two ex-Yachties. David and Robbie, who have made Antigua their home. Already a favourite for evening dining with the locals from the surrounding neighbourhood, they are both excited to warmly welcome you to this new dining experience.
