Pillars restaurant is located in the beautiful and historic Admiral’s Inn. The kitchen is headed up by Chilean born, 5-Star chef Juan. Chef Gil is known for his broad range of culinary expertise and reflects this in his daily and special menus!

We serve all meals on a la carte basis, with a varied selection of items. Our tree-shaded terrace is a delightful place to sit and dine, looking out over the water. We use fresh local produce whenever possible. A full range of wine is available.

Although there is no beach on site, free transportation by boat or car is provided to Pigeon Beach or Freeman’s Bay and they are only 5 minutes away.
