It is also quite easy to rent a car, and this is the most popular way to discover more of Antigua and Barbuda. A valid driver’s license and an EC$50 fee are required to obtain a permit to drive in Antigua. Taxis are also available throughout Antigua. Fares between the airport, English Harbour, and many hotels and destinations are fixed and can be obtained upon arrival.
